Nimboo Paani - Lemonade

Posted by

Lemonade, known all over India as Nimboo Paani (literally meaning lemon water) is a favorite drink for everyone in the summer. Some carts offer lemon soda instead of water. The soda bottles are also known as 'goli soda' (literally meaning marble soda). The reason behind this comes from the unique type of soda bottle used. The bottle has a marble within it that seals the mouth of the bottle instead of a regular cap.
I intentionally took this shot so that the vendor's head was not visible but the customer's face was. I thought it looked cool and unique.

Currently Business student but still an ardent fan of photography. I'm originally from India but I've been raised on the little island of Bahrain all my life and am now living in Canada. I started photography back in 2012 and my style and subjects have evolved so much since then. I'm always trying to learn with each photograph I take, so I would love to read whatever advice you have to share.
